For Your Information
Newsletters
Your child will be bringing home a newsletter at the beginning of each
month. The newsletter will be attached to the homework calendar
described in the previous section. In the newsletter we will update
you on concepts that are coming up in the new month. There is always a
lot of important information and reminders in each newsletter so
please take time to read through it carefully.
Travel Pack
If your child is going to miss school due to a family vacation you
will be asked to help your child complete a Travel Pack telling about
your trip. When your child returns to school he/she will tell the
class about his/her trip.
Two Last Things!
If your child's dismissal procedure changes or if they are being
picked up early, please remember to send a note.
Please DO NOT send invitations to be passed out at school. Also,
birthday snacks are not allowed. You may donate a book or game in
honor of your child's birthday or send in pencils for the class (refer
to the school handbook).
